Ritual: Apply to clean skin in the morning and/or at night at the end of your skincare routine or when needed. Warm a few drops of oil on your hands and cup over nose and mouth. Breathe in deeply for four seconds, pause for another two, and breathe out for six. Then massage upwards into skin performing a lymphatic drainage (or use your gua sha) until the oil is fully absorbed. You can also blend a few drops into your daily moisturiser or mixing it with your treatment mask as required.
