Strawberry pore shrinking mask for acne-prone skin

Facial masks are essential for the correct care of our skin. They usually target one or more particular skin problems like spots, dull skin, wrinkles, etc; balancing it and giving it the boost it needs. Depending on your skin type and necessities, you should be using them once to twice a week.
Strawberry pore srinking facial mask targets acne-prone oily skin. It helps with T-zone oil, spots, uneven skin tone and inflammation. This is my strawberry, yogurt and green tea mask.

You need:
1. Three tablespoons of yogurt. It contains lactic acid, a very powerful and widely used exfoliant. Yogurt also has lots of lactobacillus, good microorganisms naturally found in our skin that help us to keep acne and T-zone oil away.
2. One used green tea bag (keep it in warm water until needed). Green tea is an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and anti-oxidant rich in vitamins B, C
3. Two strawberries. They are high in salicylic acid, an anti-inflammatory from the BHA group that help us to reduce our pores size and improve the appearance of acne spots. It also improves the look and feel of our skin.

How to make your strawberry face mask:
With a fork, mash the strawberries in a bowl. Add the yogurt and squeeze the water from the used tea bag on top of the blend. Mix all well.
Remember you can adjust the quantities I am giving you to achieve the texture you like the most (use more or less green tea water)

To be effective, you need to leave them on your skin for about 10-15 minutes. Then softly massage it with warm water and rinse well.

Enjoy!
